Puppy Hub — Goldendoodle & Poodle Puppies in Delhi NCR

Puppy Health Guarantee

In short: every Puppy Hub puppy is guaranteed healthy for 24 hours from the moment it reaches you. Get your own vet to examine the puppy the same day it arrives and keep the written report. If that vet finds a serious health problem the puppy already had when it left us, we replace the puppy from our next available litter of the same breed. We do not give refunds under any circumstances.

What the guarantee means

Buying a puppy online in India means trusting someone you have not met with a living animal and a real amount of money. The health guarantee is how we put something on the line alongside you. It is deliberately simple, and we would rather state it plainly here than bury it in a document you only see after paying.

Every puppy we hand over has been vaccinated on schedule, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian before it leaves us. Poodle litters come with KCI registration papers. The guarantee sits on top of that: it is the window in which you confirm, through a vet you chose and paid for yourself, that the puppy you received is the healthy puppy we described.

What you need to do in the first 24 hours

The guarantee is only valid if you do these three things. None of them are difficult, but all of them matter.

  1. Take the puppy to your own vet the same day it arrives. Not our vet, not a vet we recommend — yours, so the examination is genuinely independent.
  2. Get the findings in writing. A signed report or prescription pad note on the clinic’s letterhead, with the date on it. A verbal opinion or a WhatsApp voice note is not enough for us to act on.
  3. Tell us within the 24 hours. Message or call us as soon as the vet raises a concern, and send the written report. Claims that reach us after the window has closed cannot be honoured.

If the vet gives the puppy a clean bill of health — which is what happens in the overwhelming majority of cases — you do not need to do anything else. Keep the report for your own records.

What is covered and what is not

Covered within 24 hours Not covered
A serious illness the puppy already had at handover, confirmed in writing by your vet Anything reported to us after the 24-hour window has closed
A congenital defect your vet identifies at that first examination Illness or injury caused after the puppy reached you — diet, accidents, other pets, missed vaccinations
A puppy that does not match the breed, sex or age agreed at booking Adult size, exact coat colour or coat texture, which no honest breeder can promise in a puppy
A claim supported by a dated, signed report from a registered veterinarian Claims with no written veterinary evidence, and any request for money back

How the replacement works

If your vet’s written report shows a covered problem and it reaches us inside the window, we replace the puppy from our next available litter of the same breed. We will tell you honestly when that litter is expected rather than give you a date we cannot keep. The replacement puppy comes to you with the same vaccination and deworming record, the same veterinary check, and the same 24-hour guarantee starting again from the day it arrives. Delivery of the replacement is arranged by us.

We do not offer a refund in place of the replacement. That is our policy and we would rather you know it before you book than discover it afterwards.

Why the window is 24 hours

The guarantee is built around one specific thing: your first independent veterinary examination. Twenty-four hours is enough time to get the puppy to a clinic and have a professional look it over properly, which is the check that actually protects you. It is a short window, and we say so openly rather than advertising a longer one we would argue our way out of later.

What that means in practice is that the examination is not optional. A buyer who skips the vet visit has no claim under this guarantee, however genuine the problem turns out to be. Book the appointment before the puppy arrives if you can.

Before the puppy ever reaches you

The guarantee is the last step, not the only one. Our puppies are raised at home rather than in kennels, socialised with people from the start, and weaned properly before they go anywhere. You can read exactly how we do it on how we raise our puppies, and what to expect in the first weeks at home in our puppy guide.

Puppy Hub is based in Delhi NCR and delivers Goldendoodle, Standard Poodle, Parti Poodle and Toy Poodle puppies across India. If anything on this page is unclear, ask us before you book — we would much rather answer the question now.

Questions people ask us about the health guarantee

How long does the Puppy Hub health guarantee last?

Twenty-four hours from the moment the puppy is delivered to you. The clock starts when you receive the puppy, not when you paid or booked.

Do I have to take the puppy to a vet?

Yes. An examination by your own veterinarian within the 24 hours, with a written report, is a condition of the guarantee. Without it there is no claim.

Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?

No. We do not give refunds under any circumstances. The remedy under this guarantee is a replacement puppy from the next available litter of the same breed.

What if my vet finds a problem on the third day?

It falls outside this guarantee, because the window is 24 hours. Tell us anyway — we want to know, and we will help you where we can, but it is not a claim we are bound to honour.

Is the puppy vaccinated and dewormed before delivery?

Yes. Every puppy is vaccinated on schedule, dewormed, and examined by a veterinarian before it leaves us, and the records come with the puppy.

Do Poodle puppies come with KCI papers?

Yes, our Poodle litters come with Kennel Club of India registration papers.

How long will I wait for a replacement puppy?

Until our next litter of that breed is old enough to leave. We will give you an honest expected date rather than a convenient one, and we arrange the delivery.

Does the guarantee cover the puppy’s adult size or coat colour?

No. Adult size, coat colour and coat texture cannot be guaranteed in any puppy, and we will not pretend otherwise. The guarantee covers health, breed, sex and age.
